Is there ANY way to get crucible knights to flinch?
These effers NEVER stop attacking and since they don't seem to flinch from any hits, including from great weapons, you just get hit whenever you attack them because there isn't enough time to hit them and roll before their next swing, since again they never ever stop swinging.

Charge attacks from strength weapons mainly.
It's not that dexterity weapons can't do it, but strength weapons have an easier time doing it.

I recall landing Lion's Claw with a Greatsword (ie. the specific colossal sword, not any old greatsword-type weapon) poise breaks them. Never had such an easy time bullying crucible knights as on my strength build, it almost makes me feel bad for them.

But mostly people say you can't, so I suspect your'e only looking at charged attacks or weapon arts from the very largest weapons.

Try jump attack

Parrying is the only reliable way to "flinch" them. They have ridiculous poise, otherwise.

Try parrying, it's pretty easy on them

Try jump attack
Jump attacked it with a greataxe while the large glintstone blades (the ones that deal the most posie damage) also impacted and he didn't care and just kept swinging.

Not that I've seen no. The consensus on the internet is that they 'should' be parried.

I'm terrible at parrying though so I was stuck waiting for them to stop attacking. You can also make some of them yeet themselves off cliffs with that dive attack they do if you happen to be near an edge. Just jump when they dive at you.

Also, I've seen footage of Carian Piercer flinching these guys but when I tried to use it, it doesn't flinch them because they can apparently hyper armor whenever they feel like it too.

I was able to find safe openings on all of them with a greatsword, I'm sure you can too. Abuse those invincibility frames to stay close and learn their timings, and depending on your spacing you can use sprint or jump attacks to hit quicker from farther away.

Colossal weapons can a fully charged R2 or certain AoW's. You won't be able to chain flinch though for easy kills.

I wish they let you fully charge a heavy. If you build any distance they just do their "teleport speed lunge" attack and hit you out of it.

I've managed to do it a couple times, but I forget how I got that window exactly.

Off the top of my head, if you can space their lunges out and have a charged R2 ready when they whiff it, you might be able to land one that way. Alternatively tanky a spirit or summoning a player as a distraction would work.

Personally though I just fight them with a high stability shield and block everything except their most telegraphed lengthy attacks and chip away in between.

dual greatsword jump attacks are fast enough to land a hit and dodge immediately before their next attack. you can stagger them in 3-5 hits i cant remember exactly.
