Missing videos?

i cannot tell wether i am supposed to be seeing something or not. i can hear it, but the screen is just blank.

It happpens throughout the game. but the 1st noticable one is right after the scion kills you in the beginning. it just seems like there should be something to accompany the scream, but next your face down in the mud.

next is when the guy closes you in the room in stormwind. it just goes black and you hear the door slam shut.

then the time patches knocks you off the cliff. but there are others throughout the game. is it intentional or am i missing something?

you know cut scenes are not just blank scenes, right? seems more like cut content. that might be what you meant...

But i know at least some of the scenes exist. i have seen them in youtube videos. are there any mods to restore the cut content?

There shouldn't be anything missing. The scion basically deals you a mortal blow and you wake up in the mud, i.e. loss of consciousness.

The door in Stormveil is a trap- the knight traps you in the dark room with him. That's it.

I noticed nothing but if you already expected its a transition into cut content, then why ask. At that point your speculation is as good as anybodies.

That aside i agree. Godfrey for example was supposed to talk to the player before the tutorial with soldier of godrick, since that was cut, the transition is likely off a bit as they didnt bother fixing it.

Well, when you traverse the world, obviously there's no paragilders in Elden Ring, which is clearly an oversight / lazy devs / bad game design(TM). Right? ^^ (It was included in a whole list of a guy who really loves lists, but hasn't blessed us with his presence for a long time now.)

I'm not calling absent ppl out by name ;) But yeah, he kept us going for a while lol... and in typical fashion you could take almost any point from one of the lists and it was impossible to get past it in the discussion. Another move of his was to intensively study ppl's post histories and then come out with a "touch grass"-statistic :p
