- Messages in front of ladders, just to piss of M+KB users
- Messages next to cliffs telling you to jump
- "Comedy genius" messages saying "finger, but hole"
- Single-celled organism messages "Fort night"
- Absurd amount of bloodstains in a room with just an elevator. No enemies, no traps, just the elevator.
- The corridor in weeping peninsula filled with messages that are enthusiastic about messages.
- Catacomb messages where its clear something went down, but you don't know what.
- Lamenting messages when approaching the region east of Limgrave
- "Behold! Dog!"
Seriously man, people don't even have to think about this stuff at this point, it's just muscle memory.
I mean, it's not like X is the right bumper or anything.
It's been the same for both controllers for 25 years now.
I dunno. It just seems like a trivial thing to risk a ban over. But. if you're playing offline anyways, what does it matter.
You do you. I don't know why I worry about this stuff anyways. Maybe because it's just one less host I can invade...
I'd rather play offline than get bothered with hardcore no-life invaders (no offense, I'm like that too) who need to touch grass, "finger but hole haha" jokers and countless bloodstains and other messages that create a feeling that I'm playing some Korean MMO.
I also confused Capcom and FromSoftware. Capcom started to include both Xbox and PlayStation UI buttons in their PC games, don't know why FromSoft can't do the same.
It's like walking through an airplane hangar filled almost completely with wannabe comedians that are all practicing the same five lame jokes... Simultaneously... Forever... The rest are the sweaty twinked invaders all equipped the exact same as they desperately try to follow the Rivers of Meta.
There are exceptions to the above, but it's not worth wading through waist-high dung to get there; You'd be missing nothing.
