Are there any 'not so known' secret bosses like Margit in Altus?

Maybe it is well known, but I was startled a bit when I heard him

though maybe some count that blue golem under the east giant tree before the beast bridge and beast clergyman. theres hellish hard jumps along the roots but you can eventually reach bottom and fight a ridiculously strong blue flame golem

and depending on what you count as secret bosses theres the elf looking naked guy at the beach in th efirst area

if u play night time u can encounter bosses that spawn only at night, also some bosses only appear when u enter their spawn area like the dragon in the swamp

well dragons are not exactly secret though it all depends on ones view since some of the dragons could be like the first one that surprises you

I know the blue golem.... I tried maybe for 30-40 minutes to get to him... I eventually gave up :/
I don't remember a half naked guy at the beach... I'll pay him a visit.

The Knight Cavalry and the Death Birds spawn only at night. Any idea about any others similar to these?

Not sure if this is helpful but some mobs are actually hidden giant bears, there was a add decently close to sellen, the person who sells spells that is a hidden bear, looks like one of them wondering nobles but alone in an oddish place.

Wow I tought I had found every single enemy in the game but this blue golem was unknown to me. Now I wonder what other fights I've might have missed.

In the lake of rot when you stand on the buttons that will raise the pillars you can climb on top of them in the far back of the lake, theres a alabaster lord you can fight on top. Maybe it was obvious to others but I only found him on my third playthrough.
