Not kidding. Little ♥♥♥♥♥♥ won't shut up when its a full moon.
Dogs are better.
In nature no, in media however, wolves howling at the moon is something portrayed alot. There's also the picture of thee wolves howling at the moon that's rather iconic.
My bad =x
I'd rather have a semi-independent time travelling Egyptian god as a pet than a servile slobbering scavenger beast that eats it's own poo in bug chunks.
That is also an opinion.
Exactly. It's too long for a cat.
It's also worth pointing out that Maliketh's closest relative, Balidd, is explicitly a half-wolf, and that Maliketh makes vocalizations largely unique to canines (howling in particular).
I dunno that it's fair to say Maliketh IS a dog/wolf, but he's clearly most heavily based on them.
I'd also argue his closest relative isn't blaidd, but rather Serosh (Godfrey's beast). Exact same role, serves as a guardian beast for a person of high standing. Its even wearing similar armor except for its head. And Serosh is obviously based off a lion.
No serosh is a regent beast given to godfrey by an unspecified individual, presumably marika, to suppress his bloodlust, so he could act like a proper lord. Mali and Blaidd are shadows, which are given to empyrians by the two fingers, to ensure their obedience to the order.
