it's satisfying to hit their thick bodies with stuff
Crucible knight's are fun aswell after you fight them often enough.
Dislike: stupid stone cats
On the opposite end, ♥♥♥♥ ancient dragons. One of the few enemies where I acknowledge the camera as a legit issue, jank hitboxes, and aftershock attacks. These things are more cancerous than revenants, which I can at least block without constant lightning bleedthrough.
Yeah, you can kinda hug the ulcerated spirits most of the time without taking damage. Rune bears you can round around very closely. Avatars are fun because at some point they just become normal enemies and you can beat them without a sweat, which is satisfying. Also fun to take out the flaming heads (not a boss tho) and the abductor virgins. I did make a point to fight the big birds in Caelid, but this enemy-type is tough imo...
I felt pretty great when I began staggering them after repeatedly seeing threads saying that was impossible.
