List of points of no return?

Is there somewhere in existence a comprehensive list of "if you do/go/kill that, then so and so vets locked".
Elden ring has relatively little moments like that, but still enough to sour the experience, would love to just have a simple list of actions that influence the world.

Like:
"kill Radhan - lock out Ranni quest"
"Kill Rykard - lock out Volcano manor quest" etc.

don't beat the game til you have searched of all lyndell it will be ash and a lot of the places as well as items wouldn't be unlockable

Patches' quest you gotta follow it carefully because if you do it out of order. Like finish Volcano Manor before meeting him, he'll disappear.

As for a comprehensive list, try fextralife.

Skip the Rya quest in Lakes and you'll get locked out of getting any Boiled Prawn or Crab from Boggart.

Stepping Foot on Altus Plateau
• Skips encounter with Patches in Liurnia
• Skips encounter with Rya the Scout in Liurnia

• Initiates the Radahn Festival at Redmane Castle

Don't burn the erdtree, untill you finish with Nepheli Loux/Dung Eater's questlines and won't end up exploring everything in the Leyndell.

I'm picking up the game again to finish and explore what's left after beating the Elden Beast.

On my playthrough I last saw Alexander at the Radahn festival. I don't know if I talked to him right after the fight, but I know he fought with me.
I was looking up his quest via the wiki and checked ALL locations I might have skipped his encouter before and after the festival. He's nowhere to be found.

So the only times I saw him was were I helped him out of the hole in Limgrave and at the festival. Never in Liurnia, Gael Tunnel, Mt. Gelmir or Farum Azula.
There was no spawn before the fire giant.

Is it a possibility that his quest is locked after you finished the game/beat the Elden Beast?
Where else would he be? I never got the jar helmet nor his shard...

After killing Maliketh, the Black Blade, it says that Leyndall Capital becomes the Capital of Ash, hence the point of no return. But, can I still go back to earlier places such as Caelid and the weeping peninsula?

just fyi, its impossible to miss this seed, you either got the chrysalid memento before she move to roundtable and get it there, or she leaves the seed at the shack after moving

Killing Radahn DOES NOT lock you out of Rannis quest btw. It just skips blaidds segment.

- Killing Maliketh > Changes Leyndell, several unique items are lost.
- Killing Boc > Gives you the "maidenless wretch" status debuff. You monster.
