Poise after 1.10

At 129 poise, it would appear that 1h r1s, using a long sword, now break poise. can anyone else confirm?

Poise was pretty fun at lower levels imo, but then when you get to rl 150 and everyone is rocking full bullgoat with dual great spear frost build it becomes less fun. good change.

yeah being able to full poise tank should be a pve thing not a pvp thing

the majority of the game is pve, so they could go poise for that
