2 uchigatana

Is there seriously no way to get another uchigatana if you DID NOT start as samurai...?
I don't want to use the dublicate save "exploit".
Isn't there any option to dublicate a weapon legit or farm the uchigatan from some enemy?
I really don't want to NG+ just because of this **** 1 weapon, this can't be real?

Well i already got that but it's not the one i'm after, it also scales different than the uchigatana

NG+ are the only ways to Duplicate weapons without Cheating or somebody Drops u the weapon in MP

Mh really sad.. you can dublicate boss souls or whatever they call it now but not other gears, feels bad, just because one didn't start as samurai..

Cheating how? Could i edit my savefile to add another uchigatana?
I don't cheat because it#s booring but for the uchi i'll make an exception bcs its really dumb you can't get it anyhow, anyways i don't know how i would be able to cheat, there isn't a console or something?

I checked cheatengine but it was flagged ALOT on virustotal, pff not worth the risk...

One can be found inside the Deathtouched Catacombs in Limgrave. Once you turn the lever for the boss door down, it will also unlock the door to the right of the second staircase. The weapon is on a dead body hanging over the edge of the platform.

Select an ash of war to it and you are given an option choose affinity. If you want it to scale well with dexterity then select the Keen affinity. You need to have Iron Whetblade in order put Keen affinity to your katana if your chosen ash of war doesn't support it.
