Does killing *spoiler* result in anything missable?

I want to kill Lady Tanith to get the Consort armor, but not if it for example locks me out of a boss or an achievement that I should do first.

There's a theory that she and Patches might be featured in the DLC and therefore should be kept alive.

Not all of them and not at all points of their quests.

you can revive dead npcs with cheat engine, i had to do that after killing kenneth as he had no quest on launch :(
