He's talking about Tibia Summons, a death-sorcery spell that conjures 3 skeletons who swing a sword down on three sides of a target. You're thinking of Skeletal Militiamen, spirit ash summons that can respawn (if un-interrupted) infinitely.

At my level the mimic is a no brainer as summon.
Anyways take the ruinous ghostflame as example (any ghostflame building frostbite) and then combine a frosty target with clouds of skulls. Poise pulverized.
