Excellent video! I'm not biased at all.
It doesn't move around as much if you aren't up close to it, which makes fighting it way more consistent.
Ignore some of the comments say that the boss fight is not doable with certain builds, that's only true for bleed builds. Its entirely possible to kill it with slow ass strength builds, I've done it many times, its quite fun.
And I'm saying that even though I beat it on first try with my first character.
When the beast disappears you need to turn around and run the opposite direction. This is where the beast will reappear.

Edit: also, to be clear, I don't dual wield them, which I hear is even better.
last time I fought it, was with spiked caestus only... gave me some more trouble but was still doable.
