Please show the law, the rule or the transcript of the unwritten rule that UW makes for a "proper" pc release.
Have UW support for all I care, but it does not change the fact that there is no such thing as a proper release as you put it. There is only your opinion (and that of some others) of what a proper pc release should include. Apart from a choppy launch this game works fine for the majority of users on this platform that don't seem to have a problem with missing UW support.
The last time I genuinely inquired about the objective benefits of UW someone replied with "trust me bro, all my friends use it. It's just better" lmao

Oh we both know it is not only about ultrawide, its also all the other missing features which somehow 99% of all other games in our libaries use to ship with nowadays.
Not saying it is a bad game, but is is a bad port indeed. And any honest pc gamer can tell.
