Crashing in character creation

Just wondering if any one knew a fix, I load up elden ring get to the character creation screen then it crashes. I just got a new graphics card that should be able to handle the game, I am also crashing when loading up ARK survival evolved.

sorry for late but did you find anysolution? i just bought elden ring, when i play new game, then choose class, my game crash in character creation

Try verifying your game files with steam, shut down your Pc, boot it up, and verify again.

i've been trying any tips from internet, i try reinstal, use other disk,and none of them fix it, include what you said. i try using and any mod that fix crash, improve performance, or whatever it is in nexusmod and it still crashes my game
