Gonna have to be more specific. If you're talking about hit "triple slam" attack, that cannot be avoided with just I-frames.

The first two slams can be dodged as normal, but they "prime" the ground where they hit. The third slam detonates the primed area.

Dodging the third slam is a bit tricky, you need to partially i-frame through it, and partially evade it outright. Easiest way to do this is to hug him while he's preparing for the third slam, then dodge past him right as he slams down.

I'm not 100% sure but I think all of the shockwaves are so close to the ground you can just jump over them? (though dodging the hammer AND the shockwave at the same time is a bit tricky)

Well aside from the one I mentioned they CAN all be dodged, but the timing is tight.

I think you're talking about the swing -> stomp attack. Dodge the swing, stomp roll-catches you.

Then use a shield with good holy resist for those attacks. Equip a haligdrake talisman to further negate them.

Jump
I call Radagon the king of aoe , his actual attacks aren't really complicated to dodge so to compensate they gave him the annoying and not to mention lingering aoe hitboxes , was a nightmare my first time around

if you have a faith build with a couple of defensive buffs or the right food + talisman, you can pretty much crowbar the whole fight without worrying too much about most of his attacks and have plenty of leeway for 'sloppy' dodges

Just bump up your holy defense so you can afford to face-tank a bit.
