Why did this boring game win GOTY?

I don’t understand. I literally could not care about anyone or anything in this game at all. I don’t understand how FromSoftware games in general are so beloved. It doesn’t feel satisfying at all when you hit stuff in dark souls and elden ring. Camera is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious and I had no option to adjust it. It feels like this game wastes my time with traversing while I’m not getting anything at all. This is just not interesting, and the game just wastes my time with it’s load up after death when it should be faster, instant restarts. I don’t understand.

If you don't understand how people can like things you don't, then i recommend googling human psychology and start studying. Nothing else could explain it to you, if you don't understand fundamentals. And also try having friends in your life. If you have zero understanding of how other people are enjoying things, then you just have no friends to get the understanding from.

I cringed so hard i nearly passed out. Sonic? Geshomething impact? Did real people voted? I want to study the profiles of lets say....the 40% of total voters. I bet the same guy voted 200 times.

But before that, instead giving Totalwarhammer 3 the best strategy award (this one was easy...) A MARIO GAME.....what?...

But hey, Elden Ring oh my Elden Ring won, and Mr. Bear Mccreary gave a hell of performance. So not a bad night after all.
