It's all but guaranteed. Her moveset would flow perfectly well with Sekiro's parrying system, her waterfowl dance just being a much longer (and faster) Genichiro combo mixed with some Ashina style.

Except there is a reason Spiral Cloud Passage ( the move that Waterfowl Dance is based on) wasn't used by any enemy in Sekiro. It would have been complete cancer, especially on charmless mode, unless they alter it. It would be impossible to deal with it without the umbrella (and it would probably take around 5 emblems to constantly spin the umbrella during it and it would quickly add up if the move is used multiple times). Which means if you run out of spirit emblems, you are kinda screwed.
And before anyone brings up Genichiro's wombo combo, I have yet to see anyone perfect deflect all of of that without using the umbrella at least once. And SPC is a lot worse than that as it covers more ground, has a total of 9 sword attacks+ wind slashes.
