Quest item missing from inventory ...
Picked up Law Of regression for the goldmask quest, but it is nowhere to be found in my inventory.
I searched the net and found that missing items is a thing in ER, but is there a fix to this ? anyone know ?
I verified gamefiles to to make sure my installation was good.

It is an Incantation.

It will be in the incantation section.

I checked all incantations and sorceries, its just gone ...

Law of Regression is brought from an incantation merchant after giving them the Golden Order Principia prayerbook. As such, you don't pick it up, so you probably confused another spell for it.

In the event that you used the term "pick up" as "brought from merchant after giving book", then try checking that merchant again to see if they still have it. At the very least, you can confirm that you did indeed buy it, since it will have a quantity of 0.

No it is picked up from a floating chair after defeating the 1st boss in Leyndell capital, its floating above the boss room.
(edit) oh just checked, you are right, did they change the spell location ??
(2nd edit) ok now I see my error, I thought it was the spell that dropped, but its the book, off to the turtle, many thanks for replies !!!
