Phantom Slash is one of my personal favorites and that's one I never see anyone use.

Endure. It allows you to poise through attacks for a couple of seconds. Reduces damage by 45 percent on top of armor damage reduction.

It basically gives you a free charged R2 for a sliver of health.

Barbaric roar. With the right build it makes you stupidly broken when you attack.

fat jump. don't remember it's actual name, but it's very useful.

For me, maybe Lion's Claw? The claymores default. I put it on a Nagakiba for lols and used it on the Morne Tunnel Misbegotten boss as it was rolling at me and it nearly killed the thing and sent it flying back to last week. I know it's a weak boss, but it was amusing. If you use it on a weapon with a lot of range, say, Greatsword, you can get some surprising hits you wouldn't expect to get away with.

Vow of the Indomitable.

It's literally an invincibility button that, if use strategically, can be amazing. Yet I don't see many people using it or talking about it.
Can just ignore a bunch of attacks that are usually problematic if you can master the timing. Like a parry but with far more generous timings at the expense of no follow up attack.

Because it costs 20FP per use, whereas BHS costs 5, and gains you some distance.

Ah you mean the just nerfed bloodhound step? I did say "used strategically" I'm not advocating for spamming it. But if you're running a build that has a lot of FP like a hybrid caster it has its niche. I still think its underrated and people just write it off for its cost.

I like the lion's claw like a previous poster said. It stance breaks normal enemies a lot of the time, although when locked on it kinda doesn't track the enemies that great if they are moving and sometimes it misses.
