The other two major options are ironjar aromatics (though the materials to make them can be kinda hard to get) and blackflame's protection (strongly recommended, 35% boost).
By the way, not mentioned, but none of the above stacks, so you really do have to pick and choose quality or quantity.
i strongly prefer the crab. ironjar is a death sentance unless you have a build designed specifically for it - you walk super slow and can only fat roll. blackflame costs valuable FP that could be better spent on weapon arts and regen AND reduces the effect of your healing flask - id guess that the 15% extra damage negation will not compensate for HP lost thru healing flask debuff in many, many cases.
crab costs no fp, does not take up a spell slot, has a fast animation you can move during, does not incur any kind of debuff, and you can carry 99 meaning they are essentially unlimited while you can only cast blackflame protection a limited number of times. not to mention the fact that blackflame only fits on specific builds - crab is available to all.
