Been through the academy at least 12 times, up, down, rooftops, jumping, water wheel, etc. and can never find her. Frustrated.

After the Red Wolf of Radagon: go to the main courtyard. Go right on the stairs with the rolling stone.
Defeat the miniboss, take the elevator and enjoy the boss.

From the "Debate Parlor" site of grace, go out into the courtyard/open space, jump over to the big staircase, follow that to the lift.

Ok, so after you beat the red wolf walk towards the fountain and then you will see a staircase to your left. if you go towards it you can see diagonal beams connected to them. Jump on the beams and go up the long staircase. Beware of a Huge ball (remember I-frames). GL and HF!

I couldnt find her for a long time either, I had to eventually look it up. As someone else said after you enter into that large courtyard with the broken staircase on your right you have to jump down to the beams that are connecting it to the landmass. Use those beams to get up there and then avoid the big balls that drop. Boss is on the other side of a giant door once you get up there.

Target the little dudes with bubbles throwing books at you. If you kill three of them, it leaves her vulnerable. Then wail on her for a bit.

Phase 2 is a bit more straightforward.
