Irina's father dissapear
im in the exactly point where ive to give the letter to irinas father but nobody is there.... Any ideas?¿?

you either : already killed the area boss. OR spoke to hyetta already or rather meet her. once you do either he disappears from the castle and invades you at the shack. irina dies anyway. unpreventable.

the invasion is no longer missable as of patch 1.03. thus youre not missing out on anything. be warned : killing the invader permamently moves you to upgrade +8 matchmakiing. as the item is forced into your inventory. cannot be prevented.

Has this been patched at some point? I remember giving the letter to him after killing the leonine misbegotten shortly after release.

No im knew in that zone so i dont kill the boss.. All this is very confusing

In that case, hard rest at a grace - not just fast travel, and keep rechecking his spawn point, this has been known to make him reappear if he's only temp bugged
