Jump attack his ankles, and stay underneath him unless he bends down on all fours to breathe fire at you. The Keep jump attacking his legs until he falls down, go and critical hit him in the chest for massive damage, rinse and repeat. That isn't a boss, though and is only guarding a talisman that allows slow health regen, and access to a divine tower you can't yet use. He will not respawn if you do manage to kill him, but you could easily just rush the treasure chest, get it, and then run back past the site of grace until his aggro deactivates and teleport away. IF you can't teleport, actually rest at the site of grace, and THEN teleport.
