SMITHING-STONE MINER'S BELL BEARING [4] bugged

Is there anyway to fix it currently? I defeated the skin duo and went to the maiden, but I can't buy the newest smith stones. Which is awful. I've wanted to try out new weapons, but I can't smith them past that anymore, and I'm really close to the end.

While I have the weapons I've used basically through the whole game maxed, I can't level up new weapons which I've wanted to try so I can't use any new ones, which sucks. Would have been nice to experiment.

I've left the hold several times, unfortunately, the issue still remains.

hmm did u see if u could change the tabs from within the shop to crafting materials?
maybe theres a max item display issue

Yeah. Bell is gone from my inventory and trying to give her bells tells me I don't have any.
