word of advice prepare for really long fights towards the 2nd half of the game if you go pure faith, there are a ton of bosses that resist faith builds that are mandatory like fire giant. Do not do faith unless you have the patience for it but it is really fun to use blashphemy blade even if it doesnt deal the best damage that health refund is kinda amazing.

I think Fire Giant is weak to lightning, so you can use Lighting incantations.

Envoys Longhorn.. maximum dootage. My most favourite build. For everything that is holy resistant.. I take flame art infused curved swords (one of them with flame of the redmanes).. and if that gets boring I use the small doot with marikas hammer.

Both faith scythes also are nice as backup weapons when I'm bored of dootage.. which actually never happens.

Dual Coded Sword it also super nice.

And the best thing about that is... I never even thought about using offensive incantations.

Buff yourself up to the max with.. O flame.. golden vow.. black flame protection.. and doot everything non holy resistant to the ground.

If you ever actually checked status some buffs don't stack. golden vow is cancelled out by o flame grant me strength. seems alot of people over look this. If you stack erdtree they stack if you stack flame they stack if you mix it cancels.

didnt realize that lol i tried blasphemy blade and holy scaling bastard sword on him...tho it makes sense as to why blasphemy was terrible he is fire after all haha i have no excuses there. I think ill give it a try when I feel like playing on my faith character again.

Coded sword. Not the highest damage output in the world, but it cuts through stuff that normal swords don't (rock skinned enemies mostly), and the weapon art is great for clearing rooms of undead, or just killing small groups of enemies in general.

SONAF is still decent. what changed in patch and why it's nerfed is they killed it's int scaling. so basically once at minimum it scales 0 damage with int. It continues to scale with faith however.

Ignore these naysayers on faith, Vkyes warspear, winged scythe or regular spear with holy discs at 80 Faith with around 16-20 str/dex is a good fit.

Then, get the right seals - get erdtree seal for faith scaling on the mainhand with your weapon, have the offhand keep the un-upgraded seals of choice for the passives.

THEN, get the right talismans - scorpian talismans to fit the spell usages (fire/holy/lightning), godfry icon for charged spells etc etc

THEN, go and delete stuff. Yeah endgame stuff resistant to fire/holy as the naysayers preach, so use chad black flame instead. Just stack those buffs, pop that mixed potion for fire/lightning damage and blow ♥♥♥♥ up.

there are so many over looked ways to do things. You can stack perfumers and physics with golden vow and still make faith do significant damage. I was faith. I went arcane for the flexibility once i broke lvl 350 on my main play through ng++++++ acct. you basically can have it all spells incants spears axes hammers swords katanas. I can't even count how many times I re specced just testing out new stuff.
