Can not use grace

Hello,

I have beaten Radahn and my game crashed during the cutscene. I got teleported to the starting dungeon and after that, none of the graces are available for teleportation. I have went back to the redmane castle, spoken to the NPC, killed myself, invaded other world, got invaded. The door to the lift in redmane castle is closed so can not enter there. Any tips?

quit and reload game is broken and the coding in this game is such a shame, you can see that when black bars do not go away after loading screens or menus close etc.
