I liked the place, got there surely overleveled because I explored everything I could, and it was a piece of cake. Of course I died a few times, but it was pretty easy.
Only ennemies who bothered me where the weird monster who throw up on you.
Godskin duo was way easier than I would have thought. The draconic sentinel was even easier.
Overall I liked these two areas. They have a great atmosphere.
If you want the game to be over by this moment, then just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skip and go fight the final boss. Or take some rest, play something else.
I think its amazing how much content is hidden in that small part of the map. Really enjoyed solving the puzzle and exploring everything there.
Parkouring, sneaking up on the mobs for a backstab as they fall into the abyss as part of the animation, parrying the banished knights, parrying maliketh, staggering the beastmans, abusing the godskin noble with powerstanced cold omenkiller cleavers, abusing the birbs with formic rocks, shattering the skeletons as their bones fly all over the place.
I dont even know how much time I spent there cooping, collected at least 15m runes.
In the Crumbling Farum Azula I pretty much kill most enemies with 1 to 4 hits, while at Mountaintops of the Giants, Consecrated Snowfield and Mohgwyn Palace, most enemies tank my hits and hit me like a truck.
And don't get me started on Miquella's Haligtree, that place is a nightmare to navigate.
literally every mob there (save for the bosses) have exploitable weaknesses.
birds: range/magic them down from distance. if you can't do either, that's your fault.
banished knights: really, you find these hard to deal with? i mean ok, that's understandable, its not like you have been facing these guys since stormveil castle... lol.
beastmen: literally pop holy damage at them and they drop like flies. if you don't have any holy damage source, that's your fault.
dragons: by this time in the game you have faced about 200 dragons already, killing 3 more should not be an issue, unless we're talking about the boss who admittedly have some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mechanics, like the laser beams.
godskin duo: lmao just use sleep and the fight is ez mode.
dragon knight: again, you've killed this enemy type several times before. not hard. get behind him, avoid aoe, roll better.
maliketh: learn to roll. pump damage. don't be greedy. use pillars.
there you go, i just told you how to beat every enemy in the zone, so you have no excuse for being bad now.
uhm.... yes. i think he made that abundantly obvious.
look man, its not my fault you can't read. the title itself implies he thinks its hard and the content of the post implies the zone is "annoying" aka hard. just because he didn't specifically use the word "hard" to describe his experience doesn't mean that's not what he is saying.
if he didn't think it was hard he wouldn't feel the need to make a post complaining about the whole zone and the enemies within it.
its called reading through the lines. you should try it, spergmeister.
I found the area to be easy and still think it's ♥♥♥♥. The enemies are annoying (note that doesn't mean hard, I know you have difficulty differentiating those words but it's easy, hard has no ys in it), the first boss is 2 bosses I already killed just tossed in a room, wow fun. The area boss is a boss I found hard 2 years ago the first time I thought him, but since then have gotten bored of seeing. The optional boss is ok.
And the dragons? Like you've said I've already faced 200 of them, they're ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tedious spongy and uninteresting.
