Thanks for answering. Like i said ive already talked with him at both locations in limgrave and also defeated the invader. I was just worried if the next step (assisting him) is still possible.
Wiki doesn't say anything about him dying btw :
"Upon approaching Murkwater Cave, the player will be invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus. After defeating the invader with Yura's help, Yura can be found under a different overpass further north of Murkwater Cave, close to the Murkwater Coast Grace, where he will explain about his task of hunting down Bloody Fingers. Map Link. If the dragon is not killed yet Yura will go back to its starting position close to the Seaside Ruins."
Nothing about dying. Maybe it was an early bug that got fixed. Anyway, this guy does not matter in any way, even if he's gone you'll get all his items by killing Shabribi later in the game. He doesn't really have "a quest", he's more of a tutorial for new players teaching you invasions and warning you about the dragon in the lake.
Thanks for your answer. Yes there is nothing about him dieing on his page. But when i looked at the „sidequest“-wiki page there is something written about „if he dies, the quest fails“.
Guess your right that this is/was probably a bug. Just wanted to make sure.
the idea that Yura dies if he dies during the invasion is completely bollocks, and for some weird reason its a rumor that some people still spread, despite the fact that its 100% false.
