Elden Ring is a Masterpiece.
If you enjoy Rogue like games and don't mind dying often, you definitely can find activities in the game that are quite chill, like exploring for example.
But if you can't accept to die and can't accept the fact that you will lose progress, then no it won't be relaxing for you.
Caelid is a very exotic place.

If u play it relaxing, it mostly is (aside from the obvious big fights). If you chill ur life, slowly advance and find every stuff arround u will be so overleveled its indeed a walk in the part. If u rush the main storyline u will find urself pressured and mostly dead.
Honestly calling this a rogue like is so so wrong. Its more like u consider the souls losing losing progress. But allways when the game gives u alot of it, it also gives u the option to save it (by using it) - so I guess loos progress is only true if u save all ur souls, never buy something and never ever level up. Then u coud call it a rogue light - since u still dont lose progress on map / bosses and so on - but why woud u wanna do this in the first place?
i never said it was a rogue like. I said if you like the genre since you die a lot and start over a lot in those game, anyone that enjoy playing those types of game normally don't care about dying 50 time to a boss.
