I made a wonderful curry with red lentins and a bunch of veggies, with whole grain rice. :) I usually put tzatziki ontop, but I didn't have it at home this time. Wbu?

I've eaten lentils as well. Red lentils aren't abundant in my store so I eat alot of brown lentils and often times make patties from the leftover. I normally enjoy lentils to add to my bowl of boiled chicken.

Ohh, that sounds wonderful! I prefer red or green lentils, those are my favourites. This is a good thread, this was a good idea and I hope that everyone that reads this will stay well fed and hydrated.

Yesterday I made some pizza dough, which at this point should have risen nicely.
So this evening I will have mushroom and ham pizza with some slices of buffalo mozzarella :praisesun:

Thanks, I will. :er_heart:
To be honest, your lentil curry sounds very intruiging as well. I will definitely try it one day.

I start with frying off my curry paste together with onion, garlic and tomato pure. Then I add whole tomatoes from a can and crush them, fry those for maybe 5 minutes. Then I add salt and white pepper, and coconut milk. Then I let it come up to heat, then add the lentils. When the lentils are almost done, I add veggies and let it all come back up to heat (I often use frozen veggies) and let the lentils finish. So easy and delicious and healthy!
