How can you tell a Great Rune is equipped correctly?

Newbie Here.

Just activated my first great rune(Godrics).
It shows equipped, but i can't see any stat changes.
Where should i be looking?

To get the effects of a great rune you have to do this:
- Acquire the rune itself
- Activate the rune at the corrosponding divine tower, so you can equip it
- Use a rune arc (must be done each time you swap great runes or die)

To activate a great rune, use a "rune arc". If the option to "use" it is greyed, it means it's already activated. Godric rune should give you +5 in every stat.

beside ur bars there will be a picture of the rune . You also have to use rune arcs to activate its not on all the time .

when the great rune is greyed out. it means it need to be restored. godrick great rune restore at the tower pass the bladed lion beast on the north east of stormveil castle pass the bridge with 2 giant golems.
when your great rune is restore, you can use rune arc to activate it

I would also like to add that you after acquiring the rune from the boss (in this case Godrick), and empowering it at its corresponding divine tower, you must also equip it at any site of grace.

You should see an option among the listed to equip great runes.

Lastly, consume a rune arc to actually activate the ability which will last until either you die or you equip a different great rune. In which case you will need to use another rune arc to activate the new one.

When the great rune is active, you should see it glowing in the box next to your health bar in the upper left.

Equipped a rune doesn’t mean you have activated it. You needed to comsume a rune arc in order to activate the equipped great rune for gaining its power. It will remain active until you died, then you need to consume another rune arc to activate it again.
