stuck in ranni's rise (figured it out)

I am trapped in Ranni's rise because I can't teleport away until I talk to Blaidd, but Blaidd is missing. i figured it out tho -

sorry i encountered maybe 1 or 2 bugs in 200h this is nothing like cyberpunk, and not sure if games locks you until you talk with somebody, i did that quest but can't remember details

I thought you had to talk to whomever is available, then go back up to talk to Ranni one more time.

Although I only just started this, but I haven't encountered the wolf guy except for Radahn.

There's 3 npc's to talk to and they should all be there in the tower as ghosts.

this game crumbles constantly. you got lucky, doesn't mean the game isn't a mess

yes they SHOULD. I've done this questline before, but now it's broken

If Blaiid isnt there talk to Seluvis and iji then go back and talk to Rannni and then you will be able to leave

Are you talking about when youre supposed to talk to all 3 ? in which case u dont have to talk to Blaidd if he isn't there. Just go back and talk to Ranni if u talked to Ijit and whatever the other ones name is.

what you mean crumbles, if we talking stability thats different vs bugs, not saying people don't get bugs or problems but compering to cyberpunk where t-posing was like standard animation yeah ER miles and miles away
