I tried the Winged Scythe and that did not help her "Plot Armor" level sword.

Fast bleed weapons are good, and she can be stunlocked.
It's an extremely annoying fight in my opinion.

I would imagine fast attacks that close distance quickly would be useful. Such as sword dance, or maybe sheath for katanas?

Her biggest weakness are thrusting attacks and frostbite. So if you get an ice spear and poke her from behind your greatshield or spam parry to counter her moves then I guess you can cheese.

I mean yeah her resistance is arguably higher but once you proc it she is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ like everything would be. Use a summon -> use rot = profit.

She will heal off your shield, this will not work. I used a rot rapier and at about 75% she was rotting. I feel like that works pretty well, just gotta keep getting hits in.

I finally beat her today (after hours of attempts) with Tiche+10 and bloodhound step, and still *a lot* of luck to lure the flurry to me and not to the summon, as it'd die almost instantly and she'd heal too much. Use the "less MP used" charm to spam BHstep even more, but phase 2 is still a chore. Barely any window to do anything or heal yourself without getting countered.
With Tiche/Blood and possibly a Blood weapon yourself you may have a chance, I tried a spear to stay away but in the end I resorted to Greatsword.

To my knowledge, there's nothing that can deny her heal. If she connects the hit in any way, she will heal. Even when you block 100% of her damage.

She's weak to bleed and it's currently the strongest it's ever been.
Seppuku or Rivers of Blood make quite short work of her. If you don't have the stats for Rivers, dual wielding Seppuku buffed weapons is going to be your easiest option, no matter your build.
I heard Swarm of Flies (blood incantation) is also a very reliable tool to kill her, but I haven't tried it myself.

Lots of runs have beaten her despite using greatshields and having her heal off of them. You just end up with a slower fight, not an impossible fight. Key is making sure you're dealing damage to her as well. You should definitely have +25 weapons for this fight.

I suppose it is possible to beat her with a greatshield. Yes she heals herself when she hits, but the player also takes no damage (with a good greatshield anyway). In theory, all you would need is a fast counter weapon. Such as a good spear.

Would take a while though.

Alternatively a super fast Ash of War that does good damage, such as blade dance.

I know you can dodge it but just ♥♥♥♥ up once and she will recover a ♥♥♥♥ ton of hp. then there is her second phase...
oh I totally forgot about her broken AI. sometimes she will literally be on stand-by the entire fight. I'm not joking. she will barely do any attacks but during the next attempt she will spam the her 3 hit into a wide slash combo, constantly.

Or you could just rot her and run away so she can't heal until she dies, would be about the same speed and 0 risk post rot.

You have to stunlock her before she stunlocks you. It is sadly a really annoying boss.
