Found final Kenneth Height Quest trigger

You have to beat the mini boss at castle shade and then they will teleport to godricks throne room.

Iam not sure, you might have to use the absolution mechanic,

if you killed him in the greed for the golden seed then you have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ yourself until NG+ you cant revive killed npcs

To be fair he was useless since his quest never continued and there was no indication it was going to continue. So a lot of us murdered him for that Golden Seed cause why not? When patch hit that was kinda irritating but what can you do?

On NG+, I haven't set foot in Castle Shade yet but can still see that quest through the end.
