West Limgrave Wandering Merchant Missing

Hello,
I tried to go back to the merchant near the lake under the collapsed ruins but he was not there. Tried going at each available time pass and still nothing. I don't have a bell in my inventory and don't recall killing him. Is it possible some other enemy killed him and his bell is now just gone? Does he just vanish after you buy enough things from him? Does he actually just wander around?

Maybe double check under the ruins again. He is not supposed to move. If you didn't kill him he's supposed to be there. None of the merchants move, they all stay on the same even after beating the game.

There's not ment to be a merchant there. That's the location of the guy that talks about dragons.

Ohhhh, man I could have sworn there was a merchant -- I think I remember that guy now though. Now I have to try to find that merchant again. Thanks Tiasmoon!
