Nepheli & Kenneth not moving to Stormveil Castle throne room

I've progressed both their storylines, to the point of giving Nepheli her Storm ashes and Kenneth moving back into his fort. Talked to them both and exhausted their dialogue.

I've read since the latest update they're supposed to move to the stormveil castle throne room. I've tried resting, moving around the map, but I can't seem to get them to spawn there.

Does anyone know if there's a certain storyline point I have to reach to make them move? Do I have to reach the Erd tree first?

Viserion, I had this exact problem. I kept going back and forth between the NPCs and nothing worked. It turns out I just needed to rest at the boss room grace right before the throne. Once I did, all the NPCs moved into the room and had their new dialogue.

Oh that guy. I met him real early on and he accidently fell off the building and dropped a Golden Seed.

idk if you guys solved it already (didnt notice it) but today I had same issue with NPCs not moving. What helped was to telport to Godrick's grace and resting at it. Only after resting there all npcs moved to Throne hall ;)

If you did both of their quests (it doesnt matter which order) and you did rest at the godrick the grafted site of grace, and they are still not in the throne room, rest until nightfall at that same site of grace, they should appear. Just did that 5 min ago and it worked.

i am on a save created before the patch and this quest is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ for me
did everything mentioned here in this topic and got nothing
in the end i even killed kenneth and gostoc - didnt count as sin and cant revive them either

Then Rykkard must be killed first, all 3 NPCs will then move into the throne room. 3rd NPC will sell you stuff...

I had the same problem for a while. For the record, I'm in a post-ending stage.

I then checked them separately at their last position.
Kenneth was in his fort, saying the same thing.
Nepheli - I found her two axes where she was last, so I assumed she was dead.

I gave up on it for a bit and did the new jarburg quest.
After that I returned to the throne room, and they were both there.
There might have been another patch between the first paragraph and this one, I don't remember exactly.

There's no new quest after giving her the stormking ring, she will remain at roundtable hold basement area... Kenneth has to at his fort saying wanting to knight you, Gostoc at Godrick grace point stomping on the boss's dead body. To progress, Rykkard and Morgott should be killed.

LOL people immediately assuming the fix is bugged because they can't find a way to get Nepheli & Kenneth into the throne room at Stormveil....

After completing Nepheli's & Kenneth's quests wait a few days go back to the Roundtable Hold speak to Gideon(has new dialogue) then go to Stormveil throne room.

Because bugs aren't a real thing, right? What an asinine remark.

i'll beat renala and see if they progress yet. but mine aren't progressing either. i did kennith's quest way back when i met him he's been looking for an heir forever. i just finished nepheli to the stormhawk ash. ill wait a "couple days" so i guess go beat renala?

Literally just figured this out, sorry if this is a necro post, but I was having the same problem even after I defeated Morgott. Finally what I tried was to smack Gostoc (who was still stomping Godrick's remains) once and then rested at the site of grace. I had a good feeling when I didn't see him in the background when I rested at the grace, and sure enough, went into the throne room and everyone was there. I'd suggest unequipping your weapon so you don't accidentally kill him. Hope this helps!
