Can't get summoning bell.

I have 2 great runes so far but never got the bell from the lady. The merchant at roundtable hall also doesn't have it. I tried waiting till nigjt at the Church and every other way to get it that i read online.

And if this doesnt work youll be able to buy it at the Roundtable hold

The Twins merchant in round table sell the bell for only 100 runes, they also sell the wolves too. Dont worry about the witch quest, u didnt lose it, she will show up soon again.

The twins don't have it in their inventory for me. I checked and re checked like 3 times yo make sure i wasnt looking over it
