By 2nd play through you can be on your way though.
Honestly, save it for new game +8. That's the "real" game and those triple stats will be taken full advantage of to the high levels then. Bosses will be scaled to keep up too.
Triple stats might be viable too, I saw some weapons, but I suspect only for melee. You'll do the bulk of your damage with a triple scaling weapon and cast some utility or range spells.
You can only go one stat, respec to two later, then add the third.
that being said im not sure its optimal as im not really sure im getting much mileage from the int atm but it doesn't really matter at this point.
For dual stat builds, like quality, 50/50.
So… maybe don’t be like me and stop at 3 things : D
Just make sure for survival have vigor at least 40.
eventually you'll be 702 and 99 everythingy if you don't care about pVP
