Radhan and whatever opens up after is optional. (unless for two shardbearer requirement for main story). He opens up Ranni's Rise and her quest and whatever his cutscene caused starts in Limgrave like the game was hinting you.
You killed him right? I told you what to do next. Did you not kill Godfrey?
I feel like you might also be missing some NPC dialogue idk.
OP, Morgott is not behind that seal. You have to beat Morgott to break that seal, and he is in another part of the castle. Keep exploring and moving forward, you might get stuck because the path to the boss is very unusual. Keep an eye out and look for anything you might be able to climb or jump up.
Not necessarily because I have no idea what seal they're talking about.. Also they're name dropping him like they already met and killed him.
I am not even close to this part of the game yet and I had the exact same impression on literally every aspect of your post.
Soulsgames, predictable, but fun and challenging, but can also be grinded to beat if you want (or grind co-op / invasions (in previous games not this one) to buy all merchant inventories like I do).
@OP explore the are the boss unlocked, or the area before the boss for secret ways to go or soulsparkour.
