What they do after I beat it? I cant do anything inside

There was a pop-up the moment you stepped inside it. Go to your inventory and read it again, or use Google.

You have to have a rememberence(the thingy you get after defeating major bosses) and the mausoleum allows you to duplicate it.

You can copy remembrances, but only the mausoleums with a bell let you copy one from the shardbearer.
