sorry if this has already been answered somewhere but do we know a release time for the game, I heard somewhere for consoles it's going to be midnight on the 25th in every time zone, but do we have an official release time for pc?

heh no, I'm just curious, I have those days off anyways so if it releases in the morning I might wake up early or if it releases at midnight, I might stay up late. Though, to be fair I wouldn't be too surprised if the amount of people downloading and launching the game causes a crash somewhere, either on steam's side or fromsoftware's

Not saying it's untrue, but do you have a source for that information?

Assuming it's a simultaneous worldwide release, I would have guessed it would be the normal Steam release time (around 1pm EST) or midnight in Japan (which in EST would be 10am on the 24th).

Not sure if this is something to go by, but the store updates every day at 5pm CST for me. Say's it'll be unlocked on the 24th.

Like currently it says "will unlock in approximately 5 days". Then once 5pm rolls around, it'll update to 4 days.

well im not certain but if you look up countdown timers (which i know are not always 100%) they all countdown to midnight on the 24th. but since they havnt given us an actual release time its possible that these countdown timers are all speculation.

Unless otherwise stated, games release at around 10:00am PST on the day of release.

In this case, we can assume that it will release on February 24th at about 10:00 am PST.

Keep in mind this is a general rule and estimate. They may have a different, unannounced release time.

News sites are saying a midnight unlock on all time zones. However, midnight would be the 25th so it wouldn't say it's releasing on the 24th if that's the case. It could just be incorrect on the store page though.

When Sekiro released it was tied to region timing and people ended up playing it early by using VPNs.

That could mean midnight in Japan for all we know. That would still be the 25th, but the 24th for many others.
