Smithing Stone 5 & 6 Deleted from Game

In my gameplay I had acquired “Stone Miners 1 - 3 Bell Bearing. Upon defeating a cave boss I had gotten another Stone Miner Bell Bearing 2. Mindlessly, I turned it into the the Twin Maidens. After doing that the Miner Bell Bearing 3 which contains smithing stones 5 & 6 were now missing. I have my weapons upgraded to provide evidence that I did have the smithing stones plus the chest which contained the Bell Bearing is no longer there and the chest is open. I have no idea if there is another way to get the bell bearing 3 or not but I am unable to upgrade further weapons until I have the bell bearing.

I don’t know how to fix this and get it back.

Some bells go directly into 'her' main inventory so make sure you check 'all inventory options' first.

If still nothing listed, and you are 100% sure you have bell 2&3 it may be a glitch that wont fix till NG+.

Bell bearings arent required to upgrade weapons. It just provides you with a means to buy the upgrade stones from the Twin Maidens.

You can still find the stones as item drops/materials, and later on specific enemies will drop them.

Thank you for the help. I haven’t checked her main inventory yes if that is a thing but I will check it soon. Hopefully, if it’s not there it’ll be fixed with the next patch

I do know you can get them throughout the game but it would definitely take a lot more time rather than purchasing them from the twin maidens. Thank you for the help though!

Yeah can confirm that the purchase of stones 1-6 inf will be in 'her personal inventory,' as well as limited somber stones. Like others said you can also easily look up where a lot of these stones can be farmed.
