why isnt the end race payout delivered in total?

game is quite fun, until i noticed money dlc.
and started noticing, i get lots of money in races, yet when i go to upgrade my car, its missing some ALL THE TIME.

is there something im missing or is the game purposefully being a ♥♥♥♥♥ so you want to buy "dlc" for money instead?

by example. i just raced for 7k total $$$ winning. i still have 2k in my bank before starting the race.
usually, 2+7 does 9?
i even double checked with a calculator, why do i have 6k in my bank after the race??

You can make 50k with a small unupgraded car in two-way mode, may take a little while, you gotta drive for a long time, but its pretty easy.

I haven't personally experienced it "taking a cut", but I don't think anyone could answer why anyways. You're gonna have to deal with the circumstances regardless.

nah. if the game gonna cheat a cut from my winnings then ill just give myself back my cut with cheat engine.

You may be confusing your 'score' for the money awarded at the end of the race. Two different numbers.

nah, my score was a high score of 35k if i remember right. the payout was 7000$

The OP is exactly right. This game cheats you on $$$. It seems to happen only in the 2-way mode, and it is worse the more time you spend driving the wrong way.

There is no excuse for a bug like this. The developer should fix this. Do they even playtest their own game?

hmmm.
makes sense it has to do with 2 way mode. it is what ive been trying to do the most.
i noticed wrong way was a good way of making money. i havent tested out other modes to see how much $ they cheat out of you.
kinda was disappointed from the start to be honest. havent played much after this.

i find this game sad..
not even out of early access, it also cheats the revenue you play for, AND THERE IS ALREADY A FREAKING "DLC"
its not even a dlc its just crappy way of making money. pay 2 bux and you get money... wow...

let me open cheat engine it will do the same thing for FREE....


i really wish i could refund this game....

just another game that will never get out of early access.
i do hope it gets updated. but also, if its to update it just to raise the price tag and keep the jank, might as well leave it as is and let it die.

i wouldve happily payed 5$ if it wasnt a cheaty early access game that tries to make you purchase money.

id see this acceptable on some crappy mobile game. not pc.


idk if its just me but i feel like early access games should NOT be able to crap out dlc if the game is not released...

I wouldn't sweat the DLC too much. You can make that money without too much trouble. I have $294,500 and Steam tells me I've been playing for 3.6 hours. I've had the game for over 1.5 years, so I don't play it much. So my skill is only average at best.

I only have 3 cars (so haven't been spending much money).
The Accura NSX-looking one (default color is white, I think?)
The 60's Mustang with the racing stripes.
The Delorean.

The Accura NSX seems to be the best of those 3.

So you *should* be able to make $300,000 with 4 hours playtime using the NSX. (I think that jipping you for the $$ when driving against traffic bug has been in there a long time).

That said, there was an update 6 months ago or so, that fixed a bunch of bugs. and appeared to incorporate some suggestions. It's possible that the DLC helped fund that. I'm not sure when they came out with the DLC.

You know, I think I bought the DLC once. I have over 9 hours in the game now, and I have only increased my $$ by $200,000.

I've noticed a few problems with the money calculations myself. Sometimes the game will award $0 for total distance traveled. Other times it will give me a little extra when I run into the first few cars on accident. I'm nearly at 1k runs and only $550k total when I should have at least 800K for all the 3-4k runs I've had back to back.
