Weapons not unlocking??

So I got at least 50 kills with my officer to get a new gun or 2 but it wont unlock. It shows the bar being full for the DL-18 and S-5 pistols but it still has a lock on it. So what is the deal do I need to do something else or is it a glitch, anyone else have this problem?

First Eliminations are not kills (they count kill assists as eliminations)

Second Go to the home page and open your loot boxes. New weapons, and new attachments will be located there.

Ok that was the solution, I didn't think to check the loot boxes thanks for the help!
