Sonic fanboys killing franchise

I've never been a fan of sonic, the old ones made me nauseated. I was planning to buy this one after seeing the yt review. But when bombarded with fake nonsensical reviews makes a person reconsider if a bad game is worth $60. Definitely not wasting my money now so thanks

Fortunatelly - it's not a bad game. I think it's very fun and addicting.

You could always just plat for less than 2 hours to see if you like it or refund it. No need to attack the fans who are unapologetically in love with it.

This game is like less than 20 hrs long and has no replay value anyways, you’d have to be an idiot to buy it at full price with denuvo.

Also imagine anticipating a game you want to play, staying off of youtube and disabling all kinds of hashtags that could include spoilers, only to have some douche who previously mocked the series upload heavy spoilers and then proceed to act smug about it and make the fanbase look bad. There's a clear line between making fun of a game and being a straight up a-hole, and in both Xenoblade and Frontiers cases he was an ass. But of course its Dunkey so any real argument is a major no no.

I won't deny that Dunkey did do those things and it was a ♥♥♥♥ move towards the xenoblade fans, But he has done nothing Towards the sonic fans in the frontier video besides point out the many flaws and provide entertainment. He Hasn't even reviewed the game yet. He did point out how the game has a high usercritic compared to games that were Top tier and good enough to be nominated for GOTY. Now i think that Dunkey mistaken the bombers for sonic fans trying to make him look bad, it could be his actual fans with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ humor but it can also be people purposely trying to make him look bad. I mentioned the xenoblade fans because, and like you pointed out, they did not like the spoiler thing and really holds a grudge against him for that. And to this day there are many people who group up to collectively work together to bring someone down. He's even stated on twitter that even if it was his fault he would never intend to send haters.

Its a sonic game, there is always loads of replay value... its also at least 30 hours if going for mostly everything. Personally got about 60 hours out of it the first go and I will definitely come back for another round later especially with mods.

This game is mediocre, but Sonic fans have bombarded it with positive review to trick non Sonic fans, don't fall for it.

Dunkey made a review slamming it and Sonic fans created a lot of fake account using dunkey name to review bomb the game on Metacritic to make it look like it was dunkey review bombing the game
