Honestly, having bought it myself, I don't think the extra $10 was worth it.
The music and artwork can only be accessed via a separate app (you don't get music files you can carry over anywhere else) and you can't even play the music in the background.
The "useful items" they give you are respawning collectibles you'll find easily.
For what they give you, it's maybe saving you 20 minutes in the grand scheme of things.
Not worth it.
Save yourself the $10.
In addition the artwork and music can't be accessed outside of its own executable and doesn't even leave the music running in the background.
I accidentally purchased the normal version and was about to ask why there wasn't a DLC package available to obtain the deluxe content after the fact, but it sounds as if it's not worth the bother.
They should really mention that you need a separate app for the extra content. That makes it virtually useless.
