"system does meet the minimum requirements." ????

After redownloading Frontiers i get an error message open trying to open it saying that my system does meet the minimum requirements. this is extremely weird and not at all true. this is the first game i bought with this pc and it ran flawlessly when I initially downloaded it. my specs go beyond what is listed on the recommended system requirements section on the steam page. this is what my specs are:

OS: Windows 11
Processor: 13th Gen Intel Core i7-13700H
Memory: 16.0 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
DirectX: DirectX 12
Storage: 683 GB available

I've spent way to much time trying to figure out how to fix this. I reinstalled my graphics drivers, verified the integrity of the game files, running the game in windowed mode, running the game as administrator. uninstalling and reinstalling the game 2 times. I have no idea how to fix this.

Should be working with that specs. My buddy who has this game ran it on much weaker hardware. Perhaps it's a Denuvo issue?

maybe? i would no idea how to find out if denuvo is causing the problem.

what do i even do here. if it's a denuvo problem i have no way to fix it as far as i'm aware.
