Oh right, a tech demo in Green Hill is better than an actually finished game with a lot of content and unique zones?
I want to see more than just momentum, Robo Blast 2 also used momentum and speed.
And I agree that the art direction of Robo Blast 2 is better.
Damn straight. Colors sucks and Ultimate even moreso. Hell, I guarantee even Frontiers will be better than Colors Ultimate when it comes out, regardless of what state it releases in. I'm currently concerned with waiting for the next P-06 update because that game I know for a fact won't disappoint, demo or not.
Indeed. I'd love to see the improvements to Silver's stages after they perfected his gameplay in demo 3.5 and the Shadow update. Especially looking forward to playing as Blaze in 3D again.
I guess it's the same phenomena that causes people to fix up old cars and make them look brand new. (In this case something akin to a BMW Isetta.) People are pulled by strange, non-sensical whims all the time. Passion and drive can hard to obtain for some people, leading them to take odd jobs like this that strike their niche fancy.
When I play my original 360 copy of 2006 next time as opposed to P-06 and my emulated version on Xenia (for Japanese voices and PC play), I'll need to find out that glitch because in all my years of Sonic 06, 90% of the glitches were surprisingly rare, and Amy going invisible I never saw at all.
EDIT: Given how often she jumps at people from behind I'd say it makes too much sense.
I never knew she could genuinely do that. I'll need to look up how it's done as it sounds cool, like Espio's similar ability in Heroes but with a hammer instead of shurikans.
Also while on topic, i personally prefer the ds version instead of Wii/Ultimate, it kinda baffles me that Ultimate doesn't cover the DS content.
I liked both version of Generations, but ended up liking PC more, thanks to mods.
Also is it wrong to like the 3ds version of Sonic Colors, instead of Wii U/PC version?
Why the heck did they give her this ability to begin with? She has a hammer, isn't it enough?
Espio already filled this role with his stealth mode.
What? Doom is never outdated, Doom is Eternal. The Doom Legacy engine isn't GZDoom but it could still do wonders.
The level design is great and a Sonic game doesn't need loops to be actually great. In Modern Sonic games loops are mostly for spectacle than actual obstacles like in the Classics anyway.
Also there's a mode to automatically make you less slippery but you can also easily compensate the momentum with a bit of training anyway.
True! Maybe except Colors and Generations.
Why? People want to redo actual good games, that's why we got Sonic CD here on Steam with wide screen and Sonic Colors on the Playstation, Xbox and Switch.
This is basically Rush 3.
