There's a live chat support team? Where can I reach them?
Second reply I've seen when they mention sending it somewhere higher!
(And the first one when they acknowledge that many users face this problem)
I've also been instructed to reach them on live chat but their instructions didn't match the site layout at all.
I guess it should be available when resuming the case as an alternative to email (like some guide for using the tech support page showed) but I don't have it there.
The achievements police are going to kick down your door and force you to stop.
