actually the worst enemy in the game.
Guttermen are basically fully countered by knuckle blaster (If you didn't know knuckle blaster can break their shield and also does a lot of damage in general, due to the slow turning speed as long as your close you can just circle them and melt them with shotgun and knuckle blaster as it kinda staggers them?)-EDIT: Turns out when they do a melee attack without the shield the shotguns normal blast staggers them a bit like a parry, odd.
Mannequins are countered by parry's, i tend to use coins and the sharpshooter revolver if they aren't close or are in weird places (tbh knuckle blaster is my new favourite thing and idk if its particularly good for them but i spent most of layer 7 shotgun knuckle blasting through everything which worked well so i believe it does just... don't quote me on that, also that's given their close enough for that.)
And finally Guttertank's, These i struggled with the most because of their melee attack being so fast and having a surprising range, but they were countered by basically doing anything other than what i was doing (using braindead shotgun knuckle blasting techniques :) )
i never expected the rocket launcher to work on their projectiles so that might help, for me i just tried to keep distance and use my environment, sharpshooter works great when they get bunched up in a small space, i used saw traps but i'm not too sure how effective they were.
hope this helps someone, really enjoyed this update and i will edit this if i find anything else :)
PAINT THE WALLS RED.
1. Red Arm (punch once, don't do the effect where you push them away) + Railgun
2. Standing at a distance away to parry their blue orbs. Then use your knuckles to shotgun parry them back. I've found that when you do the shotgun parry, it takes care of parrying the orbs back for you so you don't have to do it twice.
it's handled like Floating Head, except the Head just goes Sonic Rush speed whenever it wants to.
I'd take mannequins over gutterman anytime. mannequins are pretty much almost one shot while gutterman are spongy af
